Here at Green Flag, we're on a crusade
There's far too much frustration floating about for our liking. Look around you. Queues everywhere. Transport that doesn't run on time. Call centres where you never seem to get connected. Deliveries that never show up. The result? A nation filled with frustration.
We'd like to do our little bit to put an end to that. We can't make the trains run quicker, or make sure the gas man shows up when he's meant to, but we can make breaking down in your car as un-frustrating as possible.

That's why everything we do is geared towards getting you going again as quickly as possible. We're not just quick in a breakdown either. Whether you're calling us by phone or we're sending you documents by post, we'll try and keep the waiting and the frustration to a minimum.

That's why we operate an unlimited call out policy. Anytime you need us, you can call us, no matter how many times you've called us out before.

Our focus is Breakdown cover. Its all we do and we're good at it, it also means we don't have the loans and insurance schemes that other providers may have. On top of that we deal with over a million breakdowns a year so we get great deals with our suppliers and pass on the savings to our customers. This means that we can afford to charge you less. No one can get everything right all the time, and we're the same. Rather than pretend we're 100% perfect, we'd rather apologize properly when we get it wrong. So if we take longer than 60 minutes to reach you in a breakdown, we'll give you £10.
